Lil Snugger

The Lil Snugger is a repair clamp used for sealing small pinholes in copper pipe 1/2" to 2" diameter. The Lil Snugger can also be used on galvanized pipe and rigid plastic pipe.

When installing be sure the pipe is clean, completely round and smooth where holes appear. Ensure pinhole is in the centre of the Lil Snugger and on the opposite side of the pipe to the opening in the clamp.

Also, ensure that the end of the stainless steel jacket nearest the gear clamp overlaps the opposite end of the steel jacket and that the ends of the rubber seal lap evenly.

Lil Snuggers are available in sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2". Our Lil Snugger comes in units of either 10 or 20 per carton. The

Lil Snugger is inexpensive to purchase and is very easy to use - just simply wrap the Lil Snuggers around the pipe and tighten the clamps.

The Snugger is a repair clamp used for sealing small holes in copper pipe while pipe line is under pressure - no need to shut down system. "Snugger" are made in sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2" and 2".

Built to last, the Snugger is made of stainless steel and rubber which wraps around the pipe - 350 - to make the seal.

The Snugger can also be used to seal leaks in plastic or galvanized iron pipe by using the next size up from copper sizes. For example: for 3/4" galvanized or plastic use 1" copper size. For a 2" galvanized size we will make this special order.

The Snugger has been tested by Warnock Hersey to 180 psi. Hydrostatic pressure at 80 C and 10 C.

Snugger's comes in units of 10 per box.

Inexpensive to purchase and easy to install - just wrap around pipe and tighten bolts.
